In focus

April 4, 2018

Thanks to a tip from our friends at Animal Shelter Volunteer (PAWS), we tried taking better photos of our black cats on Saturday.  Usually I don’t zoom in with this camera because it messes up the focus, but to get the camera to focus on the cat, I had to get it to focus on the cat’s eyes in the center of the field, so zoom I did.  It seems to have worked!

Monica was willing to pose as long as I didn’t make her see other cats.

Willow had no problem posing either.  She must have done extra well because she has been adopted, AT LAST.  I was about to post another Why Is She Still Here post.

black cats are so hard. I dread and love when I get black kittens as another opportunity to work on the skill.

That third photo is quite good

Hooray! We’re so glad our little tip helped, dear pals. We especially like those 3rd and 4th shots. 🙂

    Yay for Willow!
