Joy and Reds and Betsy and the gang of three

December 13, 2013

The remaining cats this week were all youngsters.  Every year we have kittens later and later – if that’s not evidence of climate change I don’t know what is.

This brother and sister pair were very quiet.  Joy is the one who wanted to sit on Emmy the entire time we were there.  Reds was a very quiet guy, we are hoping that he’s not sick.  Joy got herself adopted already during the week.

When Emmy went out of the room we set her up on our coats.

We set her on the floor to keep her brother company, but she complained and tried to get back to that lap.

Reds was very quiet.  He was a handsome boy, and he wanted to be right down on the floor in the middle of everything, but this is what he did the whole time we were there.

Even with all the distractions around him – he noticed, but he did not participate.

He’s such a pretty boy.  We hope he feels better soon.

Then there was Betsy.  She was our smallest baby, at probably 9 or 10 weeks.  She wanted OUT.

I think she’s been adopted already too.

The gang of three was down at the end, they were more like 12 to 14 weeks old.  The pretty calico tabby girl has already been adopted, while her brother (grey and white) and sister (orange and white) are still waiting at last check.

They were quite interested in Tux, but they also had toys of their own.
