Remember Clementine?

May 29, 2013

I got a wonderful email today with a new picture of Clementine, my foster from two years ago.  She was with me for four months, and because she could be a little snippy I was afraid she’d never find a home.  But then she did.  And clearly she is thriving.

I have been following your blog for some time now and also adopted a kitten a year or so back ! Just saw on barcs that sushi and saki were surrendered there(two older cats that were in cville petsmart for a good amount of time)
I remember how awesome those two were and makes me sad to see they are back in a shelter– wondering if you knew of anyone to give these guys a great home and get them out of shelter life for good !

OH NO! Carol! I did not know that but those sweeties don’t belong at BARCS! I will see what I can do about finding out their status.

I couldn’t believe it when I saw their names on barcs website! Did you ever find out what’s going on? Those cats deserve the best home ever

We’re working on this. LC picked them up from BARCS and has them back at their rescue in Waldorf, evidently they were surrendered when their owners moved. My records show they were adopted from Catonsville in September 2009 so I hope we can get them on the road to a new home soon.
