The Fright brothers

These two guys were new on Saturday and they were so scared.  They sat together side by side in their litterbox looking out at us.  With all the jumping in and out of their box, pretty soon they had scattered litter everywhere and there had to be a cleanup, and that was when the fun began.  They leaped from the cage and began running around the room as if there was anywhere better they could run to.  Poor guys.  There was no way to collar them and return them to safety that was going to be calming.  We made a bed for them out of a second litterbox with a blanket in it, hoping they might move over there, but that didn’t immediately work.  I hope they calmed down, as they are quite handsome.
