Dewey
Adoptions! Jasmine got a home, where I hope she will get as much petting as she wants. Also cute grey Sylvester went on his way to a home of his own, and the two black kittens were adopted together (which is great because they are wild children and will need each other to attack).
Two kittens came in during the week, and went out again (also together I think – I hope this adopting in pairs stuff is going to be a trend). We had three new adult friends this weekend, none of whom was ready to mix in the population yet.
This pretty girl is named Dewey. She loved attention although she didn’t want to come out, and she wasn’t so happy to see a cat face looking down at her from above when Pringles got himself on top of the cages.
I love how the orange comes down her nose in a perfectly symmetrical stripe that looks very much like the nose guard of an ancient armor helmet.
And like many pretty calicos, she has cute little bunny toes…
Yay for Jasmine and Sylvester and all the furfriends who got adopted!! Dewey, you’re one lovely lady – your home isn’t far away.
