Lovey

March 26, 2012

As we were arriving Saturday, Penny was getting ready to go home.  And had she ever come out of her shell!  She was purring and prancing and just glowing.  Such a pretty girl.  She was going to live with another cat who was lonely because her previous cat companion had recently died.

With the many adoptions during the week (Lucky, Oliver, and Sweetie), there were some new friends.  This brown tabby girl started out quiet, but was quite friendly and will be a great pet for someone.  She liked her little shelf, and stayed there until I had the time later to go back and fuss over her.

Once she got some fussing, she came down from her shelf and enjoyed being petted.  She also appeared to have something of an opinion about the neighborhood.

Oh, Lovey, you are a sweet thing! I’m in puddles again – your grey and brown tabby markings remind me of Trudy! Keeping my fingers crossed you find as wonderful a home as she did!
