We had three brown tabby girls with us that day.  Dolly was the third.  She looked as though she’d finished nursing a litter earlier in the year, and she had the skinny body to prove it.

She couldn’t decide if she was friendly and lovable or a bit tense.  I hope she will relax a little.

I think in this photo she’d just finished yawning, but doesn’t she look like she’s saying, “Don’t you kids make me come up there!”

She had some cranky moments and so I kept putting her back in her condo to chill out.

She was always very watchful of everyone else.

I suppose bringing up a batch of babies on the street can make you a little tense.

Dolly sure is a beauty. We have our fingers and paws crossed that she realizes people are nice real soon. “Don’t you kids make me come up there!” MOL!

We hope Dolly has a nice quiet home in her future!
