One kitten

February 3, 2012

After not having tiny kittens for quite a number of weeks, there was one last weekend.  A brown tabby mon was there with her one remaining baby, who was a black longhaired fluffball.  And this little girl was not intimidated by all the big things around her.  She was lively and feisty.  This, of course, made it hard to photograph her – what’s harder to photograph than a black, active kitten in a dim space?  No much.

Even when she’s still, she’s blurry.

Mom stayed in the pink cave and relaxed.  She did come out the next day for a little attention, after her baby was gone, and she was a slim brown tabby with the longest tail I’ve ever seen.

She was so little and cute, I just had to get hold of her and snorgle her.

She was adopted later that same afternoon and is probably bringing all the inhabitants of her new realm into line.

Oh yeah, that little one is adorable and fearless, we can tell. 🙂 Concatulations to her and her new family! Purring and praying that Mama gets a home soon, too!
