This little guy

September 26, 2011

Wow, we’ve had a rash of movement in the cat room in the past week.  The super-handsome brown and white tabby boy and his black and white brother got adopted.  Both brother and sister tabbies, who were so cuddly and affectionate, got adopted.  Momcat’s last baby got adopted.

Unfortunately a couple went back.  Darla was very congested for two weeks and so it was about time she saw a doctor.  They also took Foxy (sob!) with them, and the two remaining kittens from the kitten pile since one started to sniffle.

All of this left a bunch of empty space in the cat room, which means next week we should have a bunch of new faces.

I only had a little time to spend on Saturday, and I spent most of it holding the little black and white floofy guy.  His handsome brother had been adopted during the week, and he was a bit downcast.  So once I’d gotten the cleaning done, I started carrying him around with me.  What a lovebug!  He purred and purred, and patted my nose, and just really loved the attention.  I was so happy to find that he went to his new home the same afternoon, not long after I left.

Sorry this next photo is blurry, but I just noticed how the spots on his two front legs look like two halves of the same blot.  Such handsome markings.

Is he not cute?

Oh, he’s not just cute, he’s ADORABLE! 🙂 Love that little moustache, and those markings on his back legs are really cool.

Congratulations on so many adoptions. Sorry to hear Darla, Foxy and the the two little ones had to go back, but excited to hear you’ll be getting a new crew in soon!

Thank you for all you do!
